Excellent Service

We had lost the combination to a very old Brinks Safe. Lindsey was super patient and helpful and walked us through the recovery process. We were able to safely and easily recover all the documents stored inside, and it save us the $500 a locksmith had quoted.

LOST KEY

So I’ve had a first Alert safe for about 10 years or so. I keep all of my very important documents in there and recently learned I had lost the key. I most definitely thought I was gonna have to call a locksmith to break the safe and call it a day.
I looked up the website reached out to their service team. They made getting a combination and a key super simple. Obviously, I had to follow some protocol & procedures to make sure not just anybody is opening Anybody else’s safe but Lindsay and Maddie were super sweet and easy to work with as well as made it super easy and convenient for me to get these replacements keys made. It said it would take up to 5 to 7 business days for me to get the key and I had it in less than 48 hours. I could go on and on about how amazing this company and its service reps were for me over a $150 safe I bought 10 years ago. Most companies would not provide the type of customer service First Alert did. It felt like family, like you weren’t just another number. They have earned my business for life.

Just Wow!

Let me just say Maddie Bullock is fabulous. I called not even sure if a replacement combination was available for my father’s safe. She quickly looked it up, emailed me the notary form and called me back to let me know she had located the combination. I completed the necessary paperwork and had it notarized. I emailed the document back to her at 5:00pm and my phone was ringing this morning for me to complete the payment part of the transaction. She was so pleasant and I smiled this morning when my phone rang with a familiar Mississippi unknown number. I knew it was Maddie. I’m not sure if this company knows about this employee. I sure do!!! Thank you for a fabulous experience!!!

I can't help but wonder if it sitting in my barn for so long rusted something. Anyway, this is a rather large safe and I can use a much smaller one for important documents and one that I can lift.
