The safe came with a pack of 4 batteries. All of them were corroded and leaking.
Note that this safe was a warrantee replacement for the safe I bought in 2021. The safe from 2021 leaked battery acid all over inside of that safe.
maybe there needs to be a redesign..?
Fast and efficient
Strong and nice build , unfortunately some damage when it ship. But customer service have replaced the new one for me. After all I feel happy of my purchased.
Although we had an issue with our safe after a few days, I called Lindsey. (Lindsey was the lady to whom I ordered the safe from First Alert.) She provided us with fantastic customer service! My issue was resolved immediately, due to Lindsey's professionalism and personalized care. If I was rating this only on customer service, it would have been a 5!
