Looks great. Works great. I just hope it doesn’t get humid inside. I leave them with desiccants for 6 months without opening the safe.
The customer service was exceptionally excellent and helpful. They were knowledgeable, the safe, is nice, and secure.
My grandson did something to my lock and I couldn’t get in. I called and spoke with Lindsey and she made the entire process a breeze!! Got back in and all is good!!

sent for new key. customer service was very thorough by sending a form we had to sign and notarize before they sent out new key.
Was a little hard to make work but i managed to get my safe open
My confidence in opening the safe in the future is about a 75% chance it did stick a little not sure how this is working normally because I never use the key in the past
