Replacement Keys for Fire Box/Safe

I misplaced one of my original keys and needed replacements. I reached out ot customer service and had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsey S, She immediatelly sent me the notary form I needed and suggested where to find a notary (the UPS Store). Affter comppleting that and having it sent electronically, I contacted her to give my payment information and she got my order processed and new keys delivered in less than a week. She is a pleasure to work with and a great representative of First Alert. A first rate experience when that has become a rare occurance.

Lost Key

I called customer service because I lost the key for my safe. I spoke to

Appreciate the great service!

I purchased a suitcase style personal lockbox and put paperwork I wanted to preserve in it. When I went back to get something out of it, everything was moist and coated with black mold. So I cleaned it, aired it out and put some useless papers in it just to see what would happen and same thing happened. Since this is not something I have experienced with other brands, I reached out to the company and talked with Lindsey. She went above and beyond by having me send photos and was able to get manager approval to replace it. Thank you, Lindsey, for all your assistance on this and the follow-up on it. I look forward to getting the replacement and will test with useless documents before putting important ones in this time. I appreciate your kindness and extra efforts to provide excellent customer service.

AMAZING customer service!!!!!

I initially called one time and I will be honest was not satisfied with the outcome. I decided to call back a second time and spoke to Lindsey regarding an issue I was having with safe keys. Let me tell you, what a pleasure to deal with someone so extremely knowledgeable and caring!!! Nowadays, this seems few and far between, but Lindsey went above and beyond my expectations to help me find a solution to my problem. Because of her, I can now utilize this safe of mine once again!!!! Give this fine lady a raise because I can guarantee she is truly a diamond in the rough! I also had the pleasure of dealing with Frederick in shipping as well. Talk about a dynamic duo!! These two are truly kind and compassionate individuals!!!! Truly professional!!! Strong Customer Support Despite Shipping Error

The initial shipment included shelves for the wrong safe model. That said, customer service has been very responsive and helpful in coordinating the return and arranging for the correct shelves to be shipped once they are back in stock.
