Amazing Customer Service

We needed to order replacement keys for our safe. Lindsay was so helpful. Our first shipment was lost by UPS. We called Lindsay and she said no problem, I'll send another set out tomorrow! She was absolutely amazing! Everyone needs a Lindsay! Thank you again!

Lindsey Shields is a ROCKSTAR

Forgot my combination on my old Brinks safe. Got the runaround, ended up having to call several times and dial 10+ different numbers before I somehow ended up speaking with Lindsey and THANK GOD. She immediately gave me the instructions on what to do and correctly followed up to assist when needed or if she was out of office to make sure I was taken care of. Give this woman a raise!

Honewell Fire/Theft Model 2054 safe

Owning this safe for many years and four moves between German and United States I never had issues until a week ago. Was put in touch with Frederick a technician with First Alert. He immediately knew the problem and advised me with a solution for a fix. His solution worked and I was able to open the safe. Once opened I was able to access the locking mechanism and further lubricate the tumblers and key lock. Fredrick is very knowledgeable and very courteous in assisting me getting my safe open again

Great customer service!

I unfortunately locked my keys in the safe and had to reach out to customer service for replacements. Frederick was a great help, explained everything, and got the new key shipped out the same day. Couldn't ask for better service!

Exceptional Customer Service-Lindsey Shields

I misplaced my override key and the batteries were very low. Lindsey did an exceptional job helping me with the steps that I needed to take to get a replacement key. Later in the day when the notarized form was submitted she quickly processed the form and my replacement is on the way!! Excellent customer service

I have a Honeywell wall safe which has not on,y been discontinued, but there are no keys to be found. Well, God answered my prayers. He put me in touch with your customer service representive, Frederick Berry. He searched through all of his resources and did his very best to help me. Frederick genuinely cares about representing his company, he cares about people. Through all of this two day drama, not only did I find my key, but I met a wonderful, caring man. As I am trying to help a friend with a small safe, (My 86 year old friend is in the care facility and cannot remember the combination).. We got the notarized letter of ownership and sent it to Lindsey.. She called me and emailed the combination so very fast! Now the safe is at the Lincoln Lock & Safe shop to get it open.. I had the best experience ever with the customer service rep today. She was so helpful and more than willing to help me in any way. It was quick and easy. Great Job!!! I lost my keys and the battery died (my fault). They sent out new keys right away as I had a notarized form etc...

The safe arrived damaged so I called in and a replacement was sent out right away.

Useless against theft

The burglars opened it with a tree lopper and old hedge shears they got from my basement. Was I a fool? It was no protection against theft. I don't want others to make the same mistake. It really is only pry resistant. didn't open right up for them.
