Lindsey went above and beyond helping me, I was in a panic when my safe was not opening I had certain documents in it that was necessary for a business transaction tomorrow 01-14, I was ready to torch the safe open when I received an email with a bypass code. Replacement Keys for Fire Box/Safe

I misplaced one of my original keys and needed replacements. I reached out ot customer service and had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsey S, She immediatelly sent me the notary form I needed and suggested where to find a notary (the UPS Store). Affter comppleting that and having it sent electronically, I contacted her to give my payment information and she got my order processed and new keys delivered in less than a week. She is a pleasure to work with and a great representative of First Alert. A first rate experience when that has become a rare occurance.

Lost Key

I called customer service because I lost the key for my safe. I spoke to
