Great customer service

Received mine which got damaged by shipping. Called the customer services and they shipped me another one for free. Nice safe and easy to setup and install the bolt on floor.

Appreciate the great service!

I purchased a suitcase style personal lockbox and put paperwork I wanted to preserve in it. When I went back to get something out of it, everything was moist and coated with black mold. So I cleaned it, aired it out and put some useless papers in it just to see what would happen and same thing happened. Since this is not something I have experienced with other brands, I reached out to the company and talked with Lindsey. She went above and beyond by having me send photos and was able to get manager approval to replace it. Thank you, Lindsey, for all your assistance on this and the follow-up on it. I look forward to getting the replacement and will test with useless documents before putting important ones in this time. I appreciate your kindness and extra efforts to provide excellent customer service.

AMAZING customer service!!!!!

I initially called one time and I will be honest was not satisfied with the outcome. I decided to call back a second time and spoke to Lindsey regarding an issue I was having with safe keys. Let me tell you, what a pleasure to deal with someone so extremely knowledgeable and caring!!! Nowadays, this seems few and far between, but Lindsey went above and beyond my expectations to help me find a solution to my problem. Because of her, I can now utilize this safe of mine once again!!!! Give this fine lady a raise because I can guarantee she is truly a diamond in the rough! I also had the pleasure of dealing with Frederick in shipping as well. Talk about a dynamic duo!! These two are truly kind and compassionate individuals!!!! Truly professional!!! If only all customer service support was like this!!!! Thank you guys again sooooo much!!!!

Forgotten combination and inoperative keys

We managed to lock the combination and were forced to use the keys for about five years. Suddenly the keys no longer worked. With their help we were able to reset the combination and are waiting on a new pair of keys. BTW: The wall safe was installed in 2006 and no longer produced. Super service! Thank you very much. All our valuables, including emergency funds and passports were locked inside. Highly recommend!!!

Very well pleased.

It did not open with the code provided so I used the key and set my own code and it did work. Everything is great. I am very well pleased. The safe wobbles some after anchoring it down. Either the safe is uneven or it is my floor. This is a replacement of one that was sent before that had a few problems but First Alert support was great on getting this one to replace it.

Lost keys issue

Your customer support expert, Ms.Lindsey Shields helped me resolve the fire safe issue where I had lost my keys. She guided me to get the notary form signed and got it resolved the same day with the combination key code. These days with automation and incredibly frustrating phone menus, was NOT first alert. I lost my combination years ago and have only been using the key. I dreaded calling because I knew I would get angry. Today's customer service with Lindsey was the friendliest exchange I have had in years!!! She was on point and quick!!!! Unsuspectingly, quick!!
