The First Alert 5100K Portable Handgun Safe with Key Lock provides travel-ready, TSA-approved security for your handgun. This gun safe is made from powder-coated 18-gauge steel for long-lasting durability and features a gun safe lock for security. Lost keys issue

Your customer support expert, Ms.Lindsey Shields helped me resolve the fire safe issue where I had lost my keys. She guided me to get the notary form signed and got it resolved the same day with the combination key code. These days with automation and incredibly frustrating phone menus, was NOT first alert. I lost my combination years ago and have only been using the key. I dreaded calling because I knew I would get angry. Today's customer service with Lindsey was the friendliest exchange I have had in years!!! She was on point and quick!!!! Unsuspectingly, quick!! She really made me smile and took care of everything! Please tell her thank you!

Amazing Support

I got locked out of our safe and needed a key quickly. Our support rep., Lindsey S., was amazing! She walked me through the whole process, was super friendly and even called to give me an ETA for delivery of the key. Then she followed up to make sure the key worked! Excellent Company, Excellent Service!

I recently needed assistance with my home safe and could not get the keypad to work when entering the pin code to unlock it. After several frustrating attempts failed, I contacted the Customer Service Department and spoke with Mr. Frederick Berry, a representative who answered the call. Frederick quickly identified the problem and calmly advised me how to address the problem and then proceeded to help me get it to work again while on the telephone. I then requested another replacement key in the event the keypad does not work again, and he guided me on the steps needed to purchase the needed key. It should be noted that Frederick quickly restored my confidence and satisfaction with the home safe and resulted in my complete 100% satisfaction with the service provided. In summary, Wood Sales Inc and Frederick Barry are shining examples of excellent customer service and I highly recommend them to a prospective client who is looking for dedicated, customer friendly service and support. My thanks to Frederick Barry for a job well done and also thanks to Wood Sales Inc. for his excellent service!

Maddie was the best!!

Maddie, the customer service representative, was terrific. We have an old safe that we have the key but lost the combination to, and Maddie typed out all the instructions we needed to request a new combination, and then followed up on the phone to let us know the new combination is on the way.

Lindsey Shields is awesome!

I sent my Costco order info & pics of my damaged safe. She requested I call her within 20 minutes (if possible) so she could submit a replacement safe order for me.
She was polite, explained the process & extremely helpful. I am sad my safe is damaged but she made process as pain free as possible.

Received 1st safe damaged

Received 1st safe damaged. Contacted Wood Sales Co. and they replaced it. 2nd safe came with more damage than the 1st. Contacted Wood Sales Co. again they sent another safe. The 3rd safe was had more damage than the first two. Contacted Wood Sales Co. again & they are supposed to send another safe, still waiting for that. Extremely disappointed.

I had the best experience ever with the customer service rep today. She was so helpful and more than willing to help me in any way. It was quick and easy. Great Job!!! I lost my keys and the battery died (my fault). They sent out new keys right away as I had a notarized form etc...
